Early and first appointment tomorrow!

Hey everyone!! I'm very excited to be pregnant once again. My estimated period was to arrive on September 29th but this week I kept having that feeling. I ended up having a really awful day earlier this week... I was very sick, nausea, cold, hot, sweaty, chilly and at one point blacked out. I decided to test and if it was negative to go to the ER. I hesitated.. my history and the fact that I hadn't missed my period, I thought it would be too early, I also didn't want to give my hopes up. Well.. it was a VERY faint positive!! Yesterday, two days after my first test I decided to test again... BAD habit! It was DARKER!!!! Today as I prepare tomorrow I'm getting very anxious. Those words, "I'm sorry.. we can't find his heartbeat..." stick with you and right before appointments they are stuck on replay. SO I gave in on estimation tests! Based on tracking I'm 3.5 weeks to 4.5 weeks. I was very scared, I left and waited a few minutes to look. It gave me the results of 2-3 which means 4-5!!!! So either I'm farther then I thought and my hCG is right on track or my hCG is doing excellent... it is either way!! My first appointment is tomorrow afternoon. They are doing urine and blood and MAY do a scan.

1- First test (the 25th)
2- Second test (the 27th)
3- today
