Early Announcers?

I'm 6 wekks and 3 days and I would love to announce but everyone keeps freaking me out (close family that I've already told) about how it's such bad luck to do so!! It makes me angry that something so joyful to me is being ruined by people freaking about about what I can and can't do becuase it's bad luck...AARRRGGGHHH!!!!

I was told that as well, and I just thought, it's not like after I tell I'm out of the woods. Horrible things don't wait for people to know or not.
It's not bad luck, bad luck is saying no to when asked if you're pregnant (I don't know why people insist on saying no) Good luck is when people know and are ecstatic and cheering you on, and sending positive thoughts to you and your baby.
