early labour?? please help!!!

hi everyone, im 34 weeks pregnant and over the past hour a really bad bachache has developed, mixed in with my stomach going tighter and is real painful..ive had braxton hicks (this is my second baby) in this pregnancy but these are nothing like it. my last pregnancy labour was very drawn out and im sure it started like this but i really cant remember!! not had a show/ waters breaking etc, just very painful and not sure if the tightenings are real contractions or just pain in the bum awful braxton hicks just dont want to ring hospital, because they make me feel silly cos im quite panicky at the end like i was with the last and every pain i thought i was in labour she is moving around and has been moving up and down out of my pelvis but i was told this was normal. she is up in my ribs right now, just wondering if this is real early labour or just me panicking

y dont u try timing the contractions and of they r consistent then call ur dr??
