early ovulation??

hi there, i think i have ovulated early, i have been experiancing ovulation pain (really bad ) since late last week and now my breasts are sooooo sore and swallon, far too early for af to arrive anyway. my af is due 26th june and i havent noticed a change in cm but my temp was high for about 4 days last week 36.6 and now its 35.3. does anyone else experiance really sore breasts at this time or is it just me.
