Hi everyone! I'm very new to this, so please bear with me. My husband and I got married 8 months ago and have not been trying to conceive. There was a mix-up with my insurance this month and I was not able to get my birth control. Let the hormones and craziness commence! My husband and I had several intimate times in the last month and since I don't know when my cycle begins I am confused about my symptoms. The last "period" I had began on March 3, so I don't think this can be AF. So far this week I have experienced a headache accompanied by a body temperature increase, watery brown CM, nausea, dull cramping that today has been concentrated on the right side, and more brown spotting. I have taken a few HPTs and they have all been BFN but I'm not sure if it is too soon. Does this sound like pregnancy? Should I do a blood test? If I am pregnant, when can I expect an accurate HPT read?

These sound like normal symptoms of coming off of BCP.

How many days was your period? Trying to get a feel for when you may have O'd. I haven't been on BC in years so I don't know how the body reacts after coming off. And also, I agree that it is probably too soon to test. I have heard of implantation bleeding to be brown and watery, but I am sorry I don't know for sure! I wish I could be of more help to you!!!
My period went from a Monday to Saturday so 6 days. I checked an ovulation calculator and it said I would have ovulated March 14th, but my cycle is not regulated so who knows?! My DH and I BD'd on that day and two days prior. I've been reading all over that my symptoms are either pregnancy or from coming off of birth control. They are so similar! I feel like I'm crazy but really want to know if I am pregnant. This morning I have dark blue veins showing from my chest to around my nipples. Any insight at this point would be helpful

There is always a chance! They say that you can be more fertile as soon as you come off the pill. My AF also started on 3rd March and I would have ovulated around 14th as well, so playing the waiting game though havent had as many promising symptoms as you - especially the blue veins on your chest! Keep up posted x

Time always drags in the TWW - if that brown discharge is implantation bleed then you might get a positive test on Sunday? Could try that! x

Did you see the veins after you got out of the shower? If so, my veins are very clear when getting out of a hot shower and I didn't know that before lol so I thought I was pregnant.
Anyway, yea you just have to play the waiting game now. If you get a BFN it may make it easier for you to begin to learn your body and the cervical mucus changes and things of that nature to help you know when you will O. Maybe by ovulation predictor kits to help. Good luck!
