Early scan showed only a sac....?

Hey all,

I had my scan today due to low hcg and bleeding. I think I am about 6 weeks.
They found a small sac in uterus but said it was really small? I am having another scan in 10 days. Although he said I am probably miscarrying due to the bleeding.
Anyone have this and then go on to have a successful pregnancy or should I just accept that this is the end??

I have read so many posts on here with no sac being seen, or sac being seen and no fetal pole and yolk sac etc. And majority of the time on the second scan everything is fine! I hope this is the case for you. You could very well be earlier than you think and in that case you wouldn't see much hugs

I'm trying to keep positive x My betas have gone up but not as much as they should have and I am spotting. Just weird that they are still going up!
I'd love to hear some success stories xx
