I crave pick and mix, especially when im tired (which is always with 3children under 5 HAHA!) bUT I AM ADDICTED TO PEANUT BUTTER!!! (Which has now been ok'd so long as you dont have a history of nut allergy in the familly) so i have brown toast with peanut butter and low sugar jam which i steal from my diabetic partner lol. Grapes and raisins are really good for keeping your sugar levels up, which may be why you crave sweets!! Also, nuts and a couple of olives etc are good substitutes for crisps and salty foods.......although crisps, wotsits namely really do hit the spot. x x x x
