PLease can anyone advise what this means? Lady said they looked brighter on my 20 week scan last week but were normal in size as so was amniotic fluid? I had amnio 4 weeks ago as had high risk of downs but that came back normal|? Am at my wits end with worry as camt seem to find anything out about this so taking it its not common?? please can anyone help???

I know my son had an echogenic bowel on U/S. He was diagnosed with Downs through amniocentesis though. He was stillborn at 20wks 5days. I was told the echogenic bowel could be misdiagnosed as a marker for downs when bleeding has occured in early pregnancy (like implantation bleeding). But, please don't freak out. I'm just telling you my story....lol:P I also was told that alot of the echogenic nature can be placed on descretion and experience of the U/s technician. So may be human error...
