Ectopic or vanishing twin? Your experience?

My beta has plateaued. It was 537 dec 9, 564 Dec 11 and then 580 Dec 12. I had what I could only describe as contractions dec 10 & 11 with brown to red bleeding, with tiny clots, never enough to fill a pad. I had an u/s yesterday, before my blood test came back, he didn't feel I had an ectopic. Two very small sacs were seen in my uterus(I'm supposed to be 5w6d today). I had very painful left sided pain Dec 11 which eased off yesterday and now it's gone. Anyone have this? Is this an ectopic that has resolved itself? Could I still be pregnant, could this be a vanishing twin? (I ovulated both sides after taking clomid). Experiences appreciated!!!

Hi i thought ectopic was just when the pregnancy wasnt in the uterus? I had an ectopic 3 years ago also had left sided pain it was growing near my ovaries or thats what they thought. Im not sure if yours has resolved but id definatley take it easy if i was you i had to have either an op or the injection i chose the injection and it worked second time. I really hope things work out I know how awful it is
