eczema and sunbeds?

any one got any advice on using sunbeds to help get rid of eczema???
ive had eczema and im really embaressed about it its only on my legs and its such nice weather i want to get them out but to shy,
i know the sun helps and wouldnt mind sitting out side all day to help it but i live in a flat so i have no privet garden and dont fancy sitting out on the main road lol

Hiya, yup it's the only thing that dries mine out properly I haven't got 'typical' eczema - it's round patches in different places on my body so the sunbed is great for me as I would have to go out in the nude otherwise

Yes I know the risks etc but for me the benefits currently outweigh them.
I find that only need a few 9 min sessions to see a vast improvement
