Just thought I'd bump this up - I'm going to be back in Edinburgh for all of December and just found out my mum has got a full-time job so I'm going to have quite a bit of free time on my hands! Would love to meet up with some local mums or if you have any info on baby groups, events, places to take an 8/9 month old, that kind of thing please send me a message

I've just had my little man Charlie who is 2 weeks old and after my family all go home the end of next week will be at a loose end until I go back to work in august!!

I'm definitely up for a meet if others are. We're new to Edinburgh and although I've met quite a few people since I've been here, it's always nice to meet more.

A weekday morning would be best for me, after the school run. What areas is everyone in? Where would suit people to meet roughly? Ikea is not especially near to me, but not too far and easy to get too. Free coffee, tea nd hot chocolate too!

I've been talking to 2 others from edinburgh about possibility of meeting up sometime soon, do you have facebook? might be easier to organise things that way since a lot of people have FB on their phones etc, and it's easier to send the same message to a few people so everyone can see replies too!
