I was thinking if I ever had another baby (BIG if!) and it was a girl I would love to call her Effy, I love the name. What do you think of it?

sorry i dont like it myself, it is a bit strange for a name, but thats just my opinion.

I like it because it's strange lol I wanted Grace to have a strange name but she ended up with one of the most popular names of last year!

Although I think it's short for Elizabeth

I like it, I liked it when I first saw the Skins character with it and I'd never seen it before - I bet it's gonna get more and more popular. It's a cute name.

Apparently it is short for Euphemia according to a quick google I just did, though the character in Skins is actually called Elizabeth.
