I like it, one of Paige's middle name is Ethne, which i really didn't like when first heard it (was OH's nans name) But its really grown on my and i now love it! Go with your gut hun...when you get pregnant that is

I really like it, but the kid would get endless "eff off" jokes, I reckon.
If there was a really nice name that could be shortened to it, I might call them that. But I'm not a big fan of Euphemia to be honest, or Stephanie as someone else said.

Effy makes me think of Heffy which sounds like someone overweight, Heffalump, sorry hon (I'm over weight myself so that might be why ) but it's not our choice it's yours
