Emails

I used to have my account set up to get emails for thread notifications, but I never seemed to get them. Now, all of a sudden I am getting a bunch of them. I went into edit options-messaging & notification-and under default thread subscription mode, I changed it to "no email notification", but I still keep getting e-mails! Is there any other way to get them to stop? It seems if I unsubscribe from the actual email, it will unsubscribe me from the threads.

I might be wrong (I had the same issue when I first joined but it was like four years ago ), I think though if you've subscribed to email notifications on a thread, if you switch notifications off it only works for new threads. So any threads you were getting emails for before you'll still get emails for now.
If you go into User CP and click "view all subscribed threads" I *think* there is an option to unsubscribe to emails. Again don't quote me!

Have you not unsubscribed from the actual subscriptions? It was late when I replied to this, at least one of us are on the ball Kate

You select the subscriptions and at the bottom select 'no email notification' from the drop down menu and press go.
