embaressing rash type thing..

i am 17 weeks 4 days, and ive developed this pimply rashy type thing all over my neck, and up the sides of my face by the ears. I have no idea what it is, ive tried to wash my face every day and it seems to be getting worse. its super embaressing, and hubs noticed it and seemed grossed out by it. which makes things worse. i have been wearing my hair down and wearing scarves to hide it because it looks terriable. Is there anything i can use that will help get rid of this atrocity?

im tempted to make an appointment with a dermotologist to see if theres something he can help me with, but i know theres alot out there that i can take/use. im just tired of feeling embaressed...
