empty feeling in upper stomach.. is this a pregnancy symptom?

this is the 3rd day i have been feeling an empty feeling/ a little pain in my upper stomach and i am not hungry and even if i have eaten i feel it. is this a pregnancy symptom?

koz i had a lighter and shorter period from october 19th- october 23rd... but i havnt tested with a hpt in a while now, and im thinking if this empty feeling could mean i did actually fall pregnant recently.. thanks for ur reply!

Feeling empty or hungry and pain is a classic sign of acid reflux. Acid reflux does happen with pregnancy, but usually is worse further along (once baby is actually pushing on your stomach). I wouldn't take it as a reliable symptom of pregnancy though, especially if you aren't getting a positive test. But if you haven't tested in awhile, it's worth trying again.
