Episiotomy advice needed! Update........

hoping everyday things get easier xxxxxxxI had a fourth degree tear with my second and an episiotomy with my third. While that was 8 and 5 years ago, I still remember the anxiety I felt about that first post-partum poop, and the relief I felt afterwards!
