So I read this link about EPO and I pretty much can't take it this time because of my Clexane and Aspirin. Any ideas if it would be ok to use for perineal massage? https://www.m.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/evening-primrose-oil-uses-and-risks?page=3

I would play it safe and say no... Ask your provider all the same, though. External applications are minimally absorbed, really, so there's a chance it might be okay?

That's what I was thinking. I see my consultant next week so will ask.

Ive never heard that before, I would research that further. I took it last time and taking it again this time, I didn't tear last time despite having to push my dd out fast at the end, cos the cord was around her neck. My friend who used it this time, didnt tear either despite her baby being bigger than her last. You can use another oil for perineum massage if you like.
