So its twenty to five, in morning! & my acid reflux is unbearable!! I'm trying to sleep sat up and I'm bloody knackered as I have had no sleep at all. I also think im slughtly addicted to bnb & I need to get a life. On a plus I
have a scan today I

I know how you feel! Struggling at night time now! I was sleeping well attempting too sitting up last night my OH thought I was mad. He always leans against me too, which normally I don't mind but last night I wanted to push him out of the bed lol. LO was playing with OH's hand last night, kept kicking it off my belly, felt awful asking OH to take his hand off, but I couldn't sleep at all with getting kicked!

Ooh I bet your excited for your scan, I had one yesterday was really short though, was a little disappointed but suppose the MW's were busy!

i only get acid reflux when i'm sick and that's died down so thank jebus! rennie always helped though =) best of luck for your scan though, you must be so excited

I don't know if you've tried this, but try getting up and drinking a glass of milk. I get this so badly to the point im often just sick in the middle of the night but this and Gaviscon tablets really helped me. Its finally starting to ease now as he's dropped, thank god!

Im more nervous than excited as if she hasnt grown or is under the 10th centile still then im looking at being induced sooner than planned!
& I cant drink milk, have allergies & it unsettles my stomach problems! Gonna give gaviscon (i think its called that) a try i think

Aww, fair enough. Yeah gaviscon is quite good. I also asked my midwife and got prescribed something call Peptac in a giant bottle, that always helped until I ran out

i've heard mcdonalds milkshake works quite well aswell for heartburn/acid, and it's yummy!

Ahh i love maccies milkshake!
But the milk/dairy in them sets my stomach off too haha!
Mom went & bought me some gaviscon so hopefully that'll work x

I used to drink gaviscon out the bottle with my daughter had it on repeat prescription.

PS your not meana drink mcdonalds milkshake when your pregnant because of the bacteria that collects on/in the machine.

I asked my midwife about that & she said its a load of rubbish lol.
There's alot youre not 'supposed' to do but it never harmed any of us aha. x
