Erin had her 1st bottle

....of expressed milk last night. It was only 3ozs and she choked a bit on occasion coz she must have been sucking too hard on the variflow teat (may get a slower flow teat)...but she drank it all. Still fed from me an hour later but then slept through the night


I've expressed another 3ozs this morning so will try her again tonight. Means I'll be able to go out (erm, I only go out to the shops) without taking Erin with me. It's my birthday next month too so maybe me and hubby will go out and let my sister babysit for all 4 of the kidsshe'll like that

Alyssa had her first bottle tonight too - pumped for the first time and got 2 oz for my 10 minutes of work. It was amazing to see Chris feed his baby girl for the first time

I went to Boots last night and got some slower flow teats and she guzzled 3ozs again without choking or even coming up for air

awwwww thats fantastic, somat im defo hoping to do myself, breast is best,but i dont want baby on my boob 24/7 so hoping he will take bottle aswell eventually
