Evap purple?!

So I had a mc last year-- march. I still haven't gotten my period since. I take tests regularly juuuust in case. This morning I took one and by 5 minutes, I didn't see anything. Well just a few minutes ago I looked at the test (I put it down and forgot it was there) and saw a purple line. What do you guys think?? All my other evaps have always been just an indent. Can an evap be purple??

You havent had a period in over a year? Is that normal for you? Have you seen your doctor because a miscarriage should not prevent your period for that long.

These walmart test do get evaps..Im thinking so because the line is so think. Take a FRER in case its not

I've been seeing a doctor. She "thinks" my ovaries have temporarily shut down. I was always irregular and I put on a lot of weight since our loss. I had no idea that an evap could be purple. Damn :/

sounds like you need to be on something... maybe they should do provera to jump start things then clomid to try to get ovulation? IDK.

Im gonna grab a box tomorrow. I've done two rounds of provera. The first didn't work- I only spotted for a few days. The second time I took it I had a period. The doctor wants me to wait a bit longer before doing the provera again. I just wan my body back, ya know?

I don't know, I thought only blue dye tests gave evaps but maybe not but I do hope it's a bfp for you (will be stalking!) fxd

I've had Evaps on these before. They have always just looked like an indent though. The purple is the only reason i can't stop thinking about this right now. Gahhhh

Ive had evaps that turned that color. Also some that have turned pink.
If it's read outside of the window on the directions, then disregard it. x

ive taken this exact test and had a few bfn look the same way after the time limit... ugly little things huh... but on the other hand if there was any slight color there before hand it could be the start of a nice bfp. id say wait and test again! fx
