Evening Primrose Oil

Hi ladies,

I started taking EPO last cycle for CM. I take from the start of AF until O. This is the second month taking it and I have notice both times I have had mid cycle bleeding. Not sure if this is a coincidence or not.

Anyone else had breakthrough bleeding when taking EPO??

I took it for one cycle. I had an extra day of excm, but like you it had me spotting mid cycle. I no longer use it.

Thanks hon! I have stopped taking it also.
