EWCM vs Semen - glass water test.

So, I've read that you should put your sample of CM in a glass of water, if it sinks it's CM, if it dissolves it's semen.

Well, yesterday my CM was watery, today I got 3 samples and they were all clear, stretchy, wouldn't break so I figured it has to be EWCM. I've been on allergies meds so I was told I may not get much, if any, but w/e.

We BD'd last night so I was wondering if there's a chance it could be just semen (even tho it didn't dry up, or break when stretching), so I did the glass of water test just to be sure... well, my CM didn't dissolve, but it didn't sink either! Just floated. I tried twice.

Any ideas?

PS: I've had 3 positive days in a row with OPKs, and I was supposed to O yesterday according to FF, haven't tested today still, so not sure what's going on. (TTC #1, all this is new to me).

Never heard of that before either...... but if it's mostly clear and doesn't break when you stretch it, it is CM not semen
