Just read Juju Sundin's "Birth Skills" (must be the colour version with Sarah murdoch)
I sooooooo wish I had had this for my son's birth. Just thought Id recommend it as probably the only book you will need for labour preparation. Everyone I know who has followed it had easy births and coped exceptionally without pain relief. I really think its amazing! Cant wait to try it for baby no 2!!!
