exercise after iui?

hi ladies for those who have had iui howlong did you wait after your treatment to start exercising again?

and what exercise did you do walking, running, cardio classes?

I workout with my trainer the day after my B2B IUI's. I didnt get pg with my first IUI, so now I am planning on doing another B2B this month. I dont think I will be working out for the 2nd IUI. I did cardio & weight training.

Got my 1st iui tomorrow & I'm going to enjoy a quiet 2ww will miss my cycling & working out but gentle walking & keeping active at work will be enough for the fortnight. Good luck

Yes I agree, waiting for my first iui this week, but honestly I think I'm gong to lay off the gym as well. Walking the dogs will be the extent of it for me! Good Luck

I used to do step aerobics and other stuff at the gym. But I took it easy. I do plan on walking with the dogs though.

didnt work out my 2nd tww.. failed
this time... going to belize and doing whatever the hell i want to do

only had my iui on fri so have been taking it easy and just doing gentle walking think i'll stick to this for the 2 weeks and maybe some yoga

Hi ladies, my dr just told me to make sure your body temp does not get high. He said low cardio, nothing that gets your heart rate too high& to avoid hot baths & saunas. I have just been doing light weights & walking & stationary bike.
