So i barely got a regular cycle back, the past three where very short 17/19/23 day cycles the only difference was i started working out ive read it can throw off your cycles, in a way im frustrated im happy with my weight i know im on the chubby side but ughhhh idk since ive had no luck getting my bfp i wanna turn back to the gym and just look bette. But im scared of what its gonna do to my cycles again. Part of me is like oh well work out again since u cant get pregnant but part of me wants to continue ttc :/
