Is it true that exercise increases yr chance of going into labour?
Will walking 2km a day make me go into labour?

Been getting constipated and leg cramps...and am thinking tt perhaps a gentle 2km walk a day may aid in digestion and bld flow.

    what do you ladies think?

It definately wouldn't do any harm but unfortunately nothing can make u go into labour if your body isn't ready! I would def be out walking if I could but I'm now 39+4 and I get a shooting pain in my leg every time I stand up :-( - hoping that together with back ache is the start of something!x
