I'm going back to work when LO will be 7 and a bit months old. Ideally I would give formula but he won't have it so I am going to have to express. I am rubbish at expressing (any tips welcome as not a lot comes out!).
I'm just wondering how much your LO feed during the day as I'm trying to get an idea how much milk to give. I'm hoping to start solids slightly earlier at 5.5 months so he is at least eating something during the day....
Mostly I work 9-5 so I can feed him before and after work and if really necessary I could nip home at lunch to feed him but ideally I wouldn't as I don't like the idea of unsettling his day
