expressing how much?

i want to go out for a night out at the end of feb its my birthday and i want to drink how much milk do i need to make sure i have stored before i go. i plan on expressing enough for over night and the next day so i can pump and throw away to get rid of nastys i just dont know how much to pump

I pump and save 5 oz feeds (Sometimes these need to be made up of several pumping sessions!). Then all you need to do is work out how many feeds your LO would normally have during that time and add a few more for good measure! Have you tried her on the bottle yet? The worse thing you can do is get to th night and she refuses it!! I give Oliver a bottle everynight and express at the same time, to keep my supply up.
