Extra lipase question

Hi everyone. I breastfed DD until 15 months. She never took a bottle and never understood why until I took a taste and the milk that I had thawed was nasty. I read online that this is extra lipase. My question is I recently found out I am pregnant and wanted to know if I have had extra lipase once does that deff mean I will have it again?

I was wondering the same. Dont know the answer but was planning on testing early out by freezing an ounce and defrosting it 3/4 days later to test. Not much wastage then and you find out early on instead of when you really need to give a bottle and them refusing it.

The likelihood is yes but a change in storage method is worth a try before resorting to scalding milk before storing it. I found if I used glass breastmilk containers I had no problem at all, plastic the milk would seem rancid even just put in the fridge for 48 hours xx
