Extremely low beta

Hey guys
I'm currently devastated and would appreciate opinions even if they are negative, I'm trying to get past this and I haven't spoken to my RE yet but I've lost hope and don't know if I should have any
I'm 11dp3dt and my beta came back at 0.247
Does that rule me out completely? Any experiences would be appreciated
