ezra????

Hi just looking for some help. me and hubby really love the name ezra for a boy but all our family and friends hate it and say it sounds like a girls name!, what do you think? good or bad ??
(our other kids are jade, josh, and asher )
oh and if its a girl we have picked taliah which our kids hate too!!!!!

Sorry, Ezra seems to be more of a girls name IMO .. But if thats what you love, i say go for it, it doesnt matter what other people think..

i like the name ezra. OH doesnt thats why its off the name list for pip. but i do really like it its different but its not out there crazy and its got alot of meaning behind it. xx

Ezra is in my top 5 boys names, I dont think it sounds feminine at all. I didn't pick it in the end cause it doesnt go with my name very well.

I like Ezra a lot. I don't think of it as a girl name at all. I've never known anyone named Ezra but I've heard it used as the name of a movie character and book character - both boys.

I knew a man named Ezra. I actually considered that name at one point, but my hubby picked another name (I got to choose the girl name and he got to choose the boy name).
I think it is a male name.

Ezra is a boy's name. There is a book called Ezra in the Old Testament in the Bible. Ezra was a prophet!
