Facebook selling groups

Does anyone use any Facebook buy/sell groups for baby stuff that they can recommend? I'm not even sure if they exist, but I use some that are specific for cloth nappies which work out really well. I have some baby stuff to sell which is non-nappies and wondered if there were any general baby buy/sell groups. I have bought and sold on here before but it's good to have somewhere else to go (which isn't ebay) if things don't shift on here.

I think they're all different for peoples different areas. I'd search keywords like '*area/city* sell' or '*area* buy and sell' and see what comes up and maybe use the ones with the most members/likes x

Babybay is a huge one. They usually have groups by city
