Find a pic that you like hun and save the image to your desktop (or somewhere were you will find it)

Click on go advanced at the bottom of the forum screen

Then you will see a toolbar which has a pic of a smiley face on it - next to that is a paperclip a box will come up call manage attachments

At the top of that there is a box which says browse click that and then find the pic that you want to attach.

When you have done this click on the upload button which is next to it and then it will do it automatically. Once this is done click close window and your file will be attached.
