Faint BFP or evap?! (sorry pic attached now)

im so confused!! i went to the docs today and did an ultrasound she said nothing was abnormal. im sick to my stomach right now not sure if this is an evap or a faint bfp..

There is no picture but when I was 5w3d tech said its early so we might not see anything. We saw the sacs then but any sooner we prolly wouldn't have. If you just got your bfp then it would be likely to see nothing. Did you have you hcg levels checked by blood test?
