Faint pos with FRER and Clearblue but neg with digital **Updated - not good news**

Not sure if my pic loaded, but tested this am with FMU and got faint pos with FRER and clearblue easy. Then went out and got a clearblue digital which was negative with 2nd pee of the day.
I was testing because thought I had AF a few days ago but was very light and early. So, if that wasn't AF, I would be CD27. Normal cycles 25-28 days.
Anyone else had negatives on digi'd but positives on others?



Update: So I guess these were false positives or dodgy tests or something. Had blood test which was negative. Then got bleeding a couple of days later which I think was just a regular period (bleeding earlier in the month must have been spotting). Doctor said HCG levels definitely would have shown if it was a chemical pregnancy. Oh well. Doc went ahead and did my HSG, and the good news is my tubes are clear. So, here goes for month 14 of TTC!!
I just have no trust in those stupid tests now though....

I think clearblue digitals are slightly less sensitive than FRER and some others so it may be the case that you need to wait a couple of days before getting a on the digi. And also make sure you use FMU as it has a much higher concentrate of HCG in it and in the early days of testing it is really important to give it the best chance possible of picking it up.

I can clearly see lines on both those tests though

Yup those asre deffo As said above digis are just less sensitive so dont show so early, just give it a few more days! I'm waiting for my lines to get dark enough to try a digi atm too!

Thanks for looking at my tests! I actually was booked for an HSG on Friday, but now am going for blood test tomorrow for HCG because obviously don't want HSG if I'm PG.
I'll update with any further results.

Glad you did an FRER too, as I don't trust those pesky clearblue's...but they both look like early BFP's to me. Clearblue digi's require higher hCG levels, you're probably not quite there yet. Early days still hun.

This happened to me too! I got positives on FRER and CB regular, but negative CB digi. Two days later it popped up Pregnant!! It just means you caught it really early. My HCG was only 15 when I got my first positive. I called CB and they said their sensitivity is 25mlU. Congratulations!

on a previous pregnancy i did a digi in the evening after having some faint positives and it came back pregnant it was a pack of 2 so i used the 2nd one in the morning as they say first morning sample is better and that and it came back not pregnant i thought just great i rang clearblue and complained they sent another test out and that came back pregnant great when they work as not seconed guessing those lines but they can be very confusing
