Faint positive! Am I pregnant?

Took a test few weeks back was BFN seen a doctor she said it’s to early so today at 40 days late I took a test and got a faint line, am I pregnant, any opinions will help I have sore breasts, lower back pain, recent change of taste and smell and spotting
