Faint positive but brown spotting

So I had a d&c about 5 months ago and been trying for a baby since and this month was the first month my boobs got real sore and heavy so did a test and came back faintly positive yesterday but today I started to get brown discharge so now I'm scared I'm not preg this happen to anyone else

Forgot to mention my period was suppose to start about 5 days ago so iv got brown discharge around time my period should be here
