Faint positive on frer followed by negative

Hi

I’m really hoping you can help.

We’ve been trying for a baby (will be my third) since Feb 19 and so far not had any luck.

Yesterday at 10dpo I had a faint positive on an frer - it was definitely pink and my husband saw it (he never sees lines).

Then today at 11dpo I did another frer but it was completely negative.

Has this happened to anyone before? Could it be a really bad evap? I don’t feel like it would be a chemical as it’s quite early and no cramps or bleeding??

I’ve attached a pic of yesterday’s frer - it’s faint but definitely there if you zoom in.

Any advice or support would be appreciated, so disappointed after yesterday’s hope!

thank you - so would you say I’m not completely out with today’s being negative?

I don't think you're completely out. Lines can change from day to day and dye differs in tests, so hopefully tomorrow's will be darker

Defo looks like the start of a bfp.. could be that your urine was more diluted and that is why it didnt show.. try again tomorrow

Definitely looks like a BFP. Like previous poster, probably more dilute urine and couldn't detect a still lower HCG. Good luck!

Hi nothing today unfortunately and my temps dropped so I think I’m out - must have been a really bad evap or dodgy test. Thanks for replying though x
