Falling out of love with soapnuts

I'm a bit naughty and use white musk oil or a tropical one from the Body Shop, everything smells gorgeous It's just the cleaning power... I was surprised it did'nt get the grubby muddiness out of her nappy either I'll give them another few tries anyway.

how about soaking them for ten minutes in HOT water (ie just boiled and cooled a teeny bit) and the throwing them in the 50 degree wash? I wonder if that would help. The soapnuts get my horse jeans clean which is pretty amazing considering what comes home on them!
