False positive on opk??

Was just wondering if it's possible to get a false positive on an opk because of dehydration? I had gastro 2 days ago, and this coincided with a positive opk, then another positive yesterday. My wee was really dark though, so not sure if I should trust it or not. And we didn't manage to bd anyway because we were feeling so ill! Are we still in with a chance bding 2 days before and 2 days after the first positive opk? Not ideal I know

I wouldn't have thought so-your wee is meant to be concentrated, hence why your meant to hold wee for 4 hours.

Sperm live up to 7 days before ovulation and the egg is viable for 24-48 hours after release I believe. So in with a chance of say.
