False Positives!

I'm so annoyed. I am 34 years old and have been trying VERY actively for 7 months (NTNP before that) and I received two false positives this month, from the same company but different packages. Clinical Guard tests on Amazon. First one was around 6DPO. It came up so quickly and I ended up telling my husband. He was saying "Oh, don't get too excited, etc etc." I was honestly kind of mad that was his reaction! I was going on to him about how false positives are almost IMPOSSIBLE to get and that he should google it. Later that night I took another one and it was stark white. I thought it was just diluted urine. But I had negatives the following 4 days, multiple times a day. I feel so stupid for acting so sure. Well yesterday (10DPO) I got ANOTHER false positive from a different package, same brand Clinical Guard. I took tests after and a test today (11DPO) with FMU and they are all stark white. Has anyone experienced this? I am 99.999% sure I am not pregnant (I usually get my period ON 14DPO). Anyway, I had to vent about this as I am pretty heartbroken not to mention MAD. If you have been TTC for a while, please do not buy Clinical Guard, or use them with extreme caution.

One step internet cheapies gave me a few false BFPs before. It seriously sucks when you see two lines and turns out you're not even pregnant. With that being said it could also be a chemical but that would happen with BFPs then negatives then bleeding. Try a different test. MAYBE you're pregnant and it's picking it up but cuz the tests suck so bad they don't always show it and it's giving you false NEGATIVE instead. I'm not trying to get your hopes up but it's a possibility. Try a FRER or a dollar test.

Hmmm...I would definitely stay away from that brand then for next time. Try using First Response or Clearblue, those are the brands that I've used in the past and they were always accurate for me. When I found out I was pregnant I purchased Clearblue and got a positive within literally 5 seconds on both tests (I purchased the double pack).
