does anyone know if this will get back dated to when baby was born? i was supposed to get a bounty pack with forms in or something but didnt

Hi yes you get it back dated up to 3 months so make sure your form is in before then. I too was waiting for the pack and form but found out you can fill it in online and print it off so did this x
