I love Christmas Canon by Trans-Siberian Orchestra, it's so beautiful and always makes me think of Christmas memories from my childhood (and makes me a bit weepy).

On the other end of the spectrum I am very partial to Hanson's version of What Christmas Means To Me, it's impossible not to dance to that one.
