feeding on demand..

luisa was pretty much in a routine in the first few weeks feeding every 3-4 hours but over id say last 10 days she has been feeding on demand..


i havent been worried too much as its like she is cramming her feeds.. she doesnt drink alot during the day but then feeds like crazy between 8pm and midnight..

overall is she is drinking about 24ozs a day as follows


6am 3ozs
9am 4ozs
2.30pm 4ozs
6pm 4ozs
8pm 5ozs
11pm 4ozs

do you think this ok?

too add i had her weighed last weds wen she was 8 weeks 4 days and she was 10lb 13ozs

last weight was 9lb 13 and half at 6weeks 2days

so she put on 1lb in 2weeks 2days..

im going to make her room darker today as wen she wakes up at 5am im struggling to get her to go back down...

she went down early last night (10pm rather than 11pm) and still woke up at same time..

she has only taken 2ozs at her5-6am feed the last 2 nights so im wondering if she is going to drop tht feed too...
