Feel good foods or things to do?!

I am currently dieting and finding that my mood has took a dive. I feel really down to be honest. Was wondering if anyone knows of a way to combat this?? xx :wacko:
 
I find exercising actually i brilliant thing to help my moods.

30min circuit training does it for me.
 
Its a bit of a nightmare cuz I have got really high blood pressusre atm. Im going to the docs on monday and having a 24 hour BP monitor on till tues. I find even hoovering my house takes it out of me and I feel like Im gonna drop down lol
 
Ive had one of them on before.

Aww its shame that though, the hormones you release while exercising can make you feel good :)
