I am 7+5 and at this point I can't eat as much at one time as I could pre-pregnancy, I don't remember this happening before. I do not have ms, have the stomach of a goat. Grazing is working out better this time...anyone else like this?

I'm totally the same hun. I'm only 6+4 but getting full on next to nothing, and if I eat too much I get terrible bloat.

I've hardly eaten at all for 2 weeks :nope:

I feel the same, I get horribly uncomfortable after attempting a normal sized meal, not to mention awful heartburn, but then I am hungry again very shortly afterwards. So frustrating to have to graze all the time, feels like it's harder to eat healthy that way since you can just reach for the convenience snacks. I am 9+4, was hoping it wouldn't get like this until much later. I have read it's best to avoid drinking anything while eating, but I have never been one to finish a drink with a meal unless it's really salty. Terrible gas too

Eating more fiber and walking nightly to try to keep things moving in there...

I have had no constipation issues, but I think that's the probiotics in my prenatal. I am drawn to carbs, and silly snacks like goldfish. I did have asparagus soup today, that was delicious! I guess grazing is the key even if it's a pain to prepare a days worth of snacks ahead of time. I do think liquids while eating increase the 'full' feeling...good luck!

I was the same way in early pregnancy. Trust me, it passes by 11 or 12 weeks and then your stomach becomes an empty hole that never seems to be able to be filled! LOL

I am at 9wks + 4d's & I keep telling everyone I feel like I have to eat portions of food like people who have had that gastric bypass surgery! I pick 2 things out of whatever I have to choose from of a meal & have about a 1/2 cup or less sized portion. 5hrs later I feel like I just ate it! It is horrible :( Then I get really bad pains from my stomach being hungry even when I am not. It's crazy! I never dealt with this before & this is my 5th pregnancy (I have 4 healthy older children). Of course it has been over 8yrs since I have been pregnant, lol.
