Hi,
Anyone else feel really alone after a miscarriage? We lost our baby two weeks ago when I was 9 weeks pregnant. We had a scan the previous week and everything was healthy and there was a heartbeat. That's what makes this loss even more devastating as we thought everything was ok.
I had an operation just over a week ago. Physically I feel fine now, just tired. I'm still emotional and feel really down. I also feel alone. I'm apprehensive to talk to my husband lots about it as I know it's really affected him too. So much that he doesn't want to try again for a while, whereas I do. My mum passed away when I was 18 and I really wish she was here for me to talk to. I have friends and family around but I just don't want to open up to them if that makes sense? I don't know why. My 2 1/2 year old daughter is my sunshine at the moment and is keeping me going!
Just felt like I needed to share with people that would understand.
