feeling content?

this is really strange.

with my sons pregnancy i was very naive about it and told everyone one from 5 weeks.

with my miscarriage i told no one it felt different like i knew it wasnt going to stick which looking back now is exactly how it felt, i kind of Knew i would MC.

with this one i feel strangely content - dont get me wrong im terrified and we wont be telling anybody until after the 12 week scan but it just feels different.

has anyone else felt this?

Yes! Exactly the same.

Although my first was a MC, OH and I had already told everyone, then had to tell them the bad news.

I didn't want to tell first time as I kind of had a bad feeling, but OH convinced me I was being paranoid.
This time around it felt different from the start. Content, like you say.

I feel the same way too!! My anxiety crowds out the contentment at times, but I feel strangely "ok" about things. I had a nagging feeling in the back of my head the entire time I was pregnant, as if it wasn't meant to be. Everyone thought I was crazy and overreacting but I proved them wrong, sadly. With this pregnancy I am feeling a lot better about it. I know that doesn't eliminate the risk, but I can't help but think that things are going to be alright this time. I hope I am right..

With our first, which happened to be a mc, DH told everyone whereas I was hesitant and wanted to wait. With this baby DH refused to tell anyone until 12 weeks, but I just knew that this one was a sticky bean. Turns out we'll be having a little girl in 6 weeks or less. I think moms just know.
