ive been in a good mood all day today...

i stopped taking my anti depressents on monday and i thought i would break down this week especially after what the HV said yesterday. but im ok!

hopefully this is the end of my PND.... if it ever ends??? i dunno

rhys has been so cute today... i cant believe hes such a big boy already

so anyway i just wanted to thank all of you for all your advice and support since rhys has been born and i just hope things will be better from now on

Good news hun, did you recide to stop taking the pills yourself or did your doctor advise you too?

Hope this is the end you certainly seem more positive. But remember if you do find your still having a hard time, its not the end of the world, you can always go back on the anti Ds till your ready.

when i was on anti-d's I stopped myself because i felt ready, this was after counselling rather than seeing the doc!
